Refund policy

Our lampshades are all handmade to order and we ask that you double check the compatibility of your light fittings and measure the lampshade for your space carefully before ordering. All the lampshade specifications are detailed on each product page, including suitable light fittings and adaptors we can provide. 

We also offer fabric samples to see colours in person before ordering. Often screens will show fabric colours differently to how they appear in real life and encourage customers to request samples to ensure a colour is exactly what they're looking for.  

Once a lampshade order has been placed, if you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours. After this time period your lampshade will be in the process of being made and cancelation will not be possible.

Due to our lampshades being made to order, these items cannot be returned. 

Please contact us should you require any help checking the compatibility of our lampshades, if you require any help choosing the correct size or have any other questions about placing an order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item has been damaged in transit, we will kindly request images of the damage to the item and the parcel to support a damaged parcel claim with the courier service.
