Ordered two shades, and the colour was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. One shade came damaged from the post office to no fault of the seller. It was packaged carefully and clearly marked with fragile and other cautionary stickers for the post office. When I reached out the seller was so kind and quick to respond, and then immediately got me a replacement in the mail. Exceptional customer service!
